FORGE IDEAS
AI idea development for innovation teams. Rough ideas in; researched, scored and evidenced idea cards out.
THE CHALLENGE
An innovation consultancy wanted to turn its coaching method into a repeatable product it could run with every client, without losing the rigour of its workshops.
WHAT WE BUILT
A staged AI pipeline that takes a human "spark" through ideation, live web research, evaluation and scoring into an evidenced idea card, with a full audit trail of every decision. It runs on a choice of AI models and is built for multiple client workspaces, with exports for workshops and leadership reviews. As CTO and equity partner, we own the architecture, AI pipeline, security and delivery, and share in the outcome.
THE RESULT
MVP live in six weeks, then grown into a multi-tenant platform used in client innovation programmes.
ONCOURT AI
An AI coach in your pocket. Film a shot on your phone and get every stroke scored out of 100, what to fix, and the drills to fix it.
THE CHALLENGE
Club players get an hour or two of coaching a week, then they're on their own. Proper stroke analysis has meant sensors, special cameras or an expensive coach.
WHAT WE BUILT
A computer-vision pipeline that finds every stroke in a single phone video, tracks 20+ body points through the swing and scores preparation, contact, footwork and more. It covers forehand, backhand, serve and volley, plus nine padel strokes. A biomechanics view shows the kinematic sequence frame by frame, serve speed is measured in mph, and an AI coach answers questions in plain English.
THE RESULT
From first MVP to launch in three months. Now used by 1,500+ players in 93 countries, with more than 16,800 strokes scored.
