Yes. It's a chance for you to explain what you're trying to achieve and for us both to see whether we're a good fit. No obligation and no sales pitch.

HOW IS TIME CHARGED?

By the day, from £800 per day. A strategy workshop, a board meeting, a supplier review or leading a build: we agree how many days the work needs, and the total cost, before we start.

DO WE HAVE TO COMMIT TO ONGOING WORK?

No. Some clients need a few days to make a decision or get unstuck. Others book regular days each month as their fractional CTO & AI Officer. You choose.

WHAT ABOUT BUILDING THE PRODUCT?

Builds are scoped and priced separately, with the total agreed in advance. We lead them, with vetted contractors joining as needed. How builds work →
