MediaPipe pose estimation runs frame-by-frame, extracting 33 joint landmarks. Joint angles, velocity vectors, and force ratios are calculated across the full movement sequence.

Frame-by-frame biomechanical report with annotated video, deviation flags against optimal ranges, and AI-generated coaching recommendations for improvement.
